At NÜNÜ VINTAGE, we carefully curate each piece to ensure quality and authenticity, but we understand that sometimes a find isn't the perfect fit. We offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on all eligible vintage items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all vintage tags and security seals remain intact and untampered.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs are deducted from the credit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Credit

  Once our curators verify the item's condition, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
